Customer Complaint

Matin came to install my chandelier in my new home. He had taken it down and crated it for storage when I sold my previous home. He lied that he needed to search through storage boxes in garage for missing parts to chandelier. I left he and his helper in the garage to do so. ( he had already found the crate) the next morning I discovered he had taken numerous items and each day I find more things he's taken. Some of the items I actually handled in his presence. There were no other visitors, or workmen to this date in my garage. I later discovered the parts he claimed were missing were actually packed with the chandelier in the crate and noted as such by him in my invoice proposal. I verified this practice of packing with three other chandelier services. The police are involved and I've made a formal police report. Resolution Sought Monetary compensation once I've discovered all that is missing. Appropriate charges brought and penalties levied against him.
