Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I have told change.org several times to stop e-mailing me, but they choose to ignore my wishes, If this keeps up I will take legal action. For the past several weeks they have been bothering me. I told them I won't sign no petitions on their site because they kicked me off their site. I asked them for help then pretending to help me but did not, I asked them for help they kicked me off their site. Resolution Sought I want them to stop sending me e mail s i told them i do not want to go on their site.

I created a petition with change .org and asked them for help on my petition but they refused to help me i requested one of their agents to help they refused i have asked for their supervisors email address they refuse to let me speak with him they are treating me unfair their Excuse when i asked for a agent was they were off line they are being very unprofessional and won t help me Resolution Sought i would like for change .org to help me with my petition stop being unprofessional they have poor customer service performance
