On December 9th 2025, I ordered 1 Sakerplus® Smart 2K Window Security Camera Product ID: EC105851-X71696! This order was paid through Pay Pal Transaction ID 20G707411L6100445 Domestic: TW2512P25023548913 On December 15, 2025, received verification Sent by MANUAL Status Delivered to mailbox. I did not receive this order at all! I sent an email to Channy at [email protected] informing them of that . Got no reply! On January 30, 2025, I filed a case with Pay Pal Case ID: PP-R-YZH-614213154. On Febuary 11, 2025 Pay Pal, after getting information from Channy, closed my case in favor of the seller. I did not receive my order! Resolution Sought I would like a full refund from Channy, to my Pay Pal account for the total price of $67.96.

I received a quantity of 2 Sake Upgrade Music Boxes Machines, Product No. OS107438-X72193 and was billed $57.00 for one of the Music Boxes and $71.97 for the second Music Box. The Boxes are not as advertised, they arrived late 1/21/2026 they were going to be christmas presents. The Music Boxes were falsely advertised they were not delivered on time. I have sent a message and attempted to make contact with the vendor Channy Inc with no success. I want a refund of both my payments of oxes $57.00 and $71.97 totaling $129.96. Resolution Sought 100 refund
