Questionable business practice

Placed order for welder with accesories and welding rod. Used PayPal for payment. No reply received from vendor. Tried contacting vendor using PayPals provided email address. No response has been received. After attempting to access vendors website, I received a notification that that the site is no longer available.

ordered from saker who i have used before and got these rip off jerks.at least i can file with paypal
