They were to send out a repair kit for a serious defect to consumers through a recall. I just received 4 emails canceling the repair kit with no explanation. Tried calling but after 30 minutes on hold, I gave up. Tried to chat online and was told to keep walking. Filing a FTC complaint next because this could have potentially electrocuted me and others. Resolution Sought Either the kit or a full refund.
