Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

They say I won this and a truck but have to put out 350 to there cash app. I don't have money to put out and I have no paperwork. Say I won anything they contact me on FB on email now, but phone texting me please help me figure out if its a scam or what I should do. Resolution Sought Help me to what I should do and is this true or just a scam help me please.

On August 10, 2023 I received a call from the APA and ended up giving them $40 to find out today 12/21/2023 that they are a scam after I keep getting repeated calls from all over from different numbers wanting me to donate again. This has been going on for months and I am at my wits ends with it. Resolution Sought File a lawsuit. Get my money back.
