7/21/21-Charland came with my new Dishwasher and microwave to install in my new house. They were not careful when installing my dishwasher and left a long scratch on my NEW Kitchen Wood floor. The install of the dishwasher is crooked. It does not line up with my counter tops. I paid them $500.00 (was quoted 400.00) for their service. Now I have a crooked dishwasher and scratched floor. They have not responded to my messages or Appliance Warehouse Co. where I purchased 6-brand new appliances. I have a quote to fix my floor of $600.00 dollars. I want Charland to pay for this and to come back and fix the installation of my dishwasher. Resolution Sought I want Charland to pay to fix my wood floor-$600.00 and to come back and fix my dishwasher so it is not crooked.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. We have already reinstalled the dishwasher and the check for $600 is being processed.
