After 2 yrs renting townhouse they are charging me for painting walls for next tenant. They overcharged for items and have already kept deposit and cleaning fee Resolution Sought I should not owe anymore money. They already kept security deposit and I paid a cleaning fee. Painting some walls after 2yrs us normal wear.
