My vehicle, 2013 Malibu has been issued a safety recall concerning the rear toe links. Upon receiving the notice of recall, I called Charlie Obaugh Auto Group of Staunton, Inc. (Chevrolet dealership in Staunton, Va.. I called back in August and set up 9/14/21 @ 3pm to have this taken care of. Upon arriving on the 14th, I checked in and went into the waiting room About an hour went by and I was notified that they did not have the part. They knew at least 3 weeks ahead of time. Now, after several calls and emails, I am (in my opinion) being "jerked around". I call and enquire about when do they expect to have the part and repair my vehicle. complete waste of time. I am being treated as a "red headed step child". Resolution Sought I want this safety recall on my vehicle to be taken care of. IMMEDIATELY. the letter from the government informing me of the recall plainly states that the parts are available.

We are waiting for the parts. Currently there is no ETA on delivery. We check daily on these and other parts. We truly apologize for the inconvenience. I left a messae for Mr Nodine this morning. I haven't received a callback yet.
