CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. my complaint is of the Diabetes and Endochrinology center. My APRN was waaaay to friendly and as a married woman and patient I couldn't tolerate his advances anymore. I filled out the survey sent to me by mail and never had a follow up. I asked for a new provider and when I went to my "rescheduled " appointment for the new provider I was told it was on the original day I had booked it. Brie from the front desk started getting angry with me even though it was not my fault and said I don't know the reason why you stopped seeing your doctor and wanted to make an appointment for this one but I cannot help you so I can get my manager if you want. It is NOBODY"S business to talk to me like that especially about a sensitive topic to put out loud for others to hear. I talked to the Manager Nancy and told her why I do not wish to see my old APRN and she defended him!!!! Resolution Sought More training across the board and to fire Nancy that was ridiculous.
