Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. I am scheduled for my colonography on 9/6. I need to start the prep process on this Saturday. I just spoke to the pharmacy and understand the Magnesium Citrate that is part of the prep package is on national backorder. I have a bottle I bought late June or early July as part of the prep for my colonoscopy on July 7th. Since the recall was started August 4th, can I use it? Or is there a substitute medication that can be used? If I can't use what I have, and there is no substitute Will I need to reschedule my appt? BTW I am once again getting the runaround between CT Scheduling, Mercy Hospital CT people and the pharmacy. This should not be this difficult to get an answer I can be contacted. Resolution Sought Answers.
