My items disappeared the owner said I was a pain in the ass dvd players he said no one's using them not not his business a brand new 440 Burberry cap gone that treated myself to a pair of Jim Maui sunglasses they run between 200 and hundred small thinks I had maglight fashlight in case power goes out small things like bathroom mats. He was a rude a anyone could be and he hiked the price twice without telling me .i called the bank they said at least 10 business days that's a lot of money there going out of business so time is important. Resolution Sought Refund the money for my items.

Company states; I have no idea what this woman is talking about. I came to pack her the day before her move and as I walked in it was necessary for me to clear a path before entering as items were strewn all over the floor, dining table, closet and kitchen. I was literally picking up piles of belongings and putting them into boxes. At no time did I pack a DVD Player. If her hat is missing, I have no clue where it went. I packed a bunch of hats from a closet. I don't remember packing a Maglite or sunglasses/ While I was there, she was looking for items, swearing they were in one place but when I stopped to help her find them. they were found under a table or at the edge of her bed on the floor. There was not a bathmat in the bathroom but again, maybe it was in a pile of clothes that was scooped up. The entire time I was there she talked about another moving company who had moved her where items were stolen. She had a complaint about anything and everything. I kept all conversation light and let her vent. On the day of her move. our movers were so kind to her, ignoring her use of the N word at them multiple times. I was there and asked my men to just quietly go about their business and I apologized to them over and over for her horrible behavior. After her move she called our office and was extremely rude to our staff Tammy. Tammy is patient, kind and never has a bad word to say about anyone. Tema immediately began cursing and belittling her. As Tammy tried to calm her, Tema hung up the phone. I was not there when she spoke to the owner but again, I have been told he too was berated by Tema. I will not offer any kind of reimbursement as we did not steal her items. Charm City Movers
