My backpack was stolen at work on February 2nd with my phone inside of it. Allowing someone to gain access to my bank cards and personal information. Fraudulent purchases were done on my bank account which I reported in appropriate time. Chase representative named Naomi in the claims escalation department stated on April 2, 2024 the bank would not honor my fraud claim due to the purchase was made in my name. Despite my property being stolen. She stated the bank holds the account holder responsible even if the charges were done fraudulently. And these conversations are recorded for proof. Chase Bank has a Liability Protection policy which states the customer will be held to zero liability in cases of fraudulent activity on their account. I believe by the tone of Naomi's voice and demeanor I was singled out because I'm Black and not given the same Protection granted to others which is advertised by the company. Resolution Sought Refund my total amount lost of 1287 and compensation of 1000 for the hassle and discrimination I have encountered during this process. I'm a victim of theft and a victim by the bank.

My mother linked all her credit cards to my name and I would like my name taken off because I did not agree to be on any of her credit cards. I tried asking her to take my name off of her cards and she refused. I also tried calling all the banks she linked me too and they refused to take my name off without my mother calling them even though I don't agree with my mom. Resolution Sought Fix my credit score back to where it was before my mom started damaging my credit score and remove my name.
