First, somebody was ordering items under my credit card. The funny thing is the order was only showing on Amazon notes. My opinion is that the employees had assisted with my credit card. I complained to Amazon's Chase credit card. According to them, it was deducted from my credit card. I had to cancel the credit card. It continues with the same incident. I continued paying, but when my unemployment ended, I called to explain that I have started working part-time, but I will not get pay for a month. They refused to work with me because they wanted to continue charging the late fee. I had perfect credit until Amazon credit card refused to make arrangements and reported that I refused to make payments. That statement was not true. T Resolution Sought to report the correct information to the Credit Bureaus that I did make arrangements to pay. Look into the situation of who made those orders that I was not responsible for. Remove all the late fee because I did call to report I would make payments.
