I've been communicating with this company for 6 days. First I was told they didn't know why I was charged a miscellaneous charge, it was a mistake and the hold on my funds would be dropped by Monday. I have had one person tell me the hold should be dropped by Friday. I have had another person tell me the hold should be removed by today Saturday. This miscellaneous hold for no actual item purchased, that no one can explain has been holding my funds for six days now. I need to know what in the world is going on! This is unacceptable to charge a customer, not be able to explain why their funds were held in the first place, promise the hold will be released, and speak to the customer as if they're over reacting when they still cannot access their funds after 6 days. The hold is still pending on my account as of right now, and my financial institution says that the company still has the hold active and has not yet removed the hold. Resolution Sought Either remove the hold immediately, refund the funds to my account, or refund a portion of my stay in that amount. This charge was not authorized and I should be able to access my money immediately.
