This is a complaint for cheap LAX parking reservation for November 22 nd through December 4, 2023. Please note, I have the copy of the reservation 1. I was confirmed and paid for total reservation 2. Later, when I get there to park the car, on Dec 22 I was told the parking lot is full 3. Then the parking lot opposite to this we went and they said that they will accept that reservation 4. There's nobody who will pick up that 310 number and the voicemail is also not working for cheap LAX parking 5. I paid for covered parking, but I found out that I could only park in rooftop, uncovered parking 6. This is the misrepresentation as well as fraudulent business practice 7. I would recommend penalizing company because they are not doing appropriate honest business Resolution Sought They should return my money and fix their management problems.
