I was looking for a low cost divorce online because I have no contact with my spouse since 2014 and this site said they were able to help with that. Once I was on the site it prompted me straight to a questionnaire in order to continue I made I had to make a payment and did so. The questionnaire then asked for contact information about my ex that I didn't have so I canceled my purchase by clicking a link in their email to me saying I was no longer interested in the service. And in response was told that I was going to only be getting 70 back I called the website's customer service number and was told that I was only getting 70 back because I started the questionnaire and was told that by posting payment I was agreeing to their terms and privacy policy. I had no other option but to do the questionnaire upon arrival at the website and was shown no policy or terms upon making a payment. Resolution Sought I would like all of my money returned and that they should make more clear their terms of service and payment procedure for other potential customers.
