I booked a flight through them for a morning flight and landing around 3pm. I noticed that my tickets had changed to leave at 3pm and land around 9pm. I called them over 10 times within 24 hours to get my flight time changed to the morning. They tried to charge me around $300 to change the flight and $35 per carry-on bag. I didn't want to pay that so I told them I'd call the airline and talk to them about it. They kept telling me that the airline wouldn't do anything and then they put me on the flight I wanted. So I got off the phone and a few minutes later I got 3+ emails saying that my round trip flight had been cancelled, I flight out in 2 days so I call them and ask what happened, they said that the airline had cancelled all the flights. So I called the airline and they were supper helpful, told us our flights were not cancelled and we don't have to pay anything to change the time and our carryon bags are free. Told us that company was trying to scam us and made sure they wouldn't be able to touch our tickets again because they shouldn't have in the 1st place. They overcharged us for our tickets anyway. Resolution Sought Stop lying to people and give them good prices. Scamming people like this is wrong and I wish to be given back the money they overcharged for our tickets.
