We had to cancel our airline tickets because they were issued with the wrong dates and changing the date would have been over a 1000 and we can't afford that. They lie saying that I booked those dates and I have a confirmation with the correct date. That is where the lies start. We are Sr and this was our dream trip we saved for 4 years and now we can't go because we don't have money. Resolution Sought Treat the people fairly.

I booked a flight for my niece from Philadelphia to Charleston SC for my sons 21 birthday with CheapOair. The flight left Philadelphia- late then while in the air canceled the connecting flight from fort Myers Florida to Charleston South Carolina leaving her stranded by herself. I called the company no help just excuses and been on hold for over a hour- yes over a hour. The airline-Spirit said they could not do anything because they did not have any flights to Charleston! Now they won't even refund our money nor accommodate my niece who is by herself in a strange place that she know no one. Resolution Sought Refund the ticket price, hotel and give her a voucher for another flight.

March 8, 2024 Business Consumer Alliance PO Box 970 Colton, CA 92324-0814 Re: Ms. Elia /84122684 Dear Sirs: Ms. Elia went onto our website on February 2, 2024 and purchased an airline ticket for round trip travel between Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Charleston, South Carolina. Travel was scheduled to depart on March 3, 2024. Ms. Elia has advised that on March 3rd, when landing in Fort Myers, Florida to catch her connecting flight to Charleston the passenger was advised that the flight from Ft. Myers to Charleston had been cancelled. When checking with the airline we were told that this was due to weather conditions. Ms. Elia has been advised that they have processed a refund for the unused ticket. We have also processed a refund of our service fee. We appreciate the time and attention your office has given to this matter. Thank you
