TICKET BOOKED SCHEDULED JUNE 2020

I had my flight cancelled due to the covid lockdown and flight cancellation in 2020, I opened a complaint and Cheapoair.com responded really well and provided me with my entire refund. I was so happy and I will continue to book my flights on their website. A big thanks to Business Consumer Alliance

Told me reservation did not go through because of my credit card.

Had to hold on @ 8:30 AM for 1 hr. Told me reservation did not go through because of my credit card. I Wanted to check my credit card information. They said they couldn't. They didn't even have the correct flight information. Went directly to Southwest , was helped right away that is how I found out.
