Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I would like complain on the third company it's called cheap tickets.com I purchase tickets to go to Dubai by Qatar airlines from LAX to Qatar to Armenia I purchase ticket on November 9th I called this company cheap tickets and ask him to book me tickets they said they did when I opened my bank account statement ISO that they charged me for the November 5th $1, 144 with cents for the ticket on November 7th they charge me $1,445 for the second ticket and November 9th they charge me 1,770 for the ticket that I actually need it on that day I tried to explain them that you overcharged me you need to return me money they did not agree they were rude they were laughing they were saying they have paperworks you signed I said I signed for the nine how can I go to the country 26 hours in the flight on the 5th on the 6th and on the 9th give me the mistake just returning my money I called them again they would not want to return the money I enrolled my bank which will take care of it I also called Qatar airlines it's not their fault but third company that selling their tickets they're making a bad reputation for this company I'm not going to lose $5,000 just like that I'm a single mom with three kids who needs to take care of the kids I have all the proof that other airlines would give the poster that I was not flying on tips I was not lying on six I only flew on the nine but they made it they screwed me up on the last ticket too I bought two but I bought round trip on the nine they on Resolution Sought Just thread that they also messed up with my final ticket and I lost the ticket back because they didn't charge my last hundred dollars I had to borrow money from American embassy and pay $3,000 for that loan just to go back to the country I called them I try to reason with them the route disrespectful throw away the phone don't talk it's some kind of drugs alcohol laughing I don't know what they are and I'm not going to take this.

Last year due to the pandemic my flights were cancelled, the airline refunded the money I had paid to CheapTickets. This year I tried to use the money refunded to purchase another flight and they have been giving me the run around. It takes 4 to 11 hours to get an agent on the line. When they finally call me keep me keep me on hold for 40 minutes then hang up on me Resolution Sought Refund my money I don't want any business with them
