Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I have a loan through them and have the auto pay turned off and they have taken money out of my account 3 times without my consent and has cost me more money by putting said account in to being over drawn. Resolution Sought Something to be done about the inconsistency with their customer service skills and straight up a theft from people to be handled properly

I had a loan for $250. In which i have to pay $300 in return 2weeks later. It automatically comes out of my bank account. This time it came out it was $300 and then another $300. So all together $600. I called my bank and they said they would investigate it. Then i called check into cash and they said it was an error and said i can pick up my cash. I picked up my refund of $300 and everything is fine. Then a couple days later my bank refunds me also $300. I didn't know they was going to do that. A couple more days later the check into cash reverse the payment my bank gave to me. Which is fair. Then weeks later my bank (chase) takes another $300 for the payment they gave me. They said Check into cash wasn't supposed to reverse anything on they behalf. It was my banks claim from the start. Technically i never received anything from overcharge on this loan. Resolution Sought Return my $300.
