Very poor customer service!!

I went to the store to change my check and Ms. Sandra Rivera was very rude and uncomfortable to me and my wife. When we asked her for the manager she refuses to contact him/her. I did online research and when I finally got to talk to her Ms. Young she is worst and super rude and disrespectful to me and my wife. I don't think she really was the manager because she was refusing to say her name after I asked her like 5 times her name she said Ms. Young!! Do and investigation on this business .starting for villa Rica location in GA thanks in advance.
