I revoked authorization for this company to debit my account in 2023. This company fraudulently created paper drafts and debited my account twice without my authorization. This also caused $20.00 overdraft fees with my bank. Resolution Sought My desires outcome would be for the business to cease all activity on my account and refund the amount taken fraudulently including fees.

It is stated that they allow extended payment plans for residents of Indiana after 3 consecutive pay day loans have been requested by the consumer. I have taken out payday loans monthly with this business since September and called on 01/16/23 to request the extended payment plan for my current loan that is due tomorrow. This would be my 5th loan as in the past they had haggled me regarding the number of loans needed to be eligible for the payment plan. Their brochure states that 3 consequent loans are needed but in the past they required me to do 4 loans to be eligible. They do not offer this option on their website either, you have to call them to request it and have them process it for you. They would not allow me to do the extended payment plan because they stated I have not had consecutive loans taken out each within 7 days. There are several issues I have with this, one being that a loan I had wanted to request in October they made me wait an extended amount of time to reapply for another loan. While I applied for the last loan I had issues with submitting my application through their website and had to withdraw and resubmit multiple times from the technical issues with their site. It appears to me these things are done intentionally to avoid allowing customers to be eligible for the extended payment plan to help get them out of the payday loan cycle and they continue to charge more fees to these consumers. Resolution Sought Forgive the current loan in full as they have collected plenty of fees and interest from me as I have had 8 loans total from them in the last year. Or else allow an extended payment plan to give me breathing room to get out of their cycle
