I started using the checkbook.com services along with the mobile app upon sign up I provided a back account to receive payments,after a length of time I deleted the present bank account due to personal reasons and the main reason of not being able to use the bank account for any kind of nature. I provided my new account through the app and my bank account was immediately verified and also contacted support via email and was told that everything was good. Afterwards I received three individual payments in the amount of 170$ total all were routed to the bank account I deleted from my checkbook account. During the time of these lost payments I immediately contacted support again and was told the problem was resolved but it wasn't because another payment was routed to the deleted account again I reached out to support and treated very rude and demoralizing by telling me to be honest and it's not hard to be honest! I contact support via email again and got a response from a different representative who said they would check with refund department so I waited for a response,no response,reached out to support and got a response from a different support representative who I explained the issue again and was assured they delay was waiting for a response from refunds and I waited again until I contacted s support again to be finally told it wasn't thier problem to reach out to the sender Resolution Sought I would like for a checkbook to refund my three payments lost in the amount of $170.
