Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I went in to the restaurant in August of 2021. I ordered a total of 6 sandwiches which two were suppose have the comdeniments on the side. They did not do my order correctly. Me and my daughter took them their food back but never got my money back. I have been calling since August no one has gotten back to me. I do not know what to do at this point. It was a man and 3 young ladies trying help him put my money back. I have checked my bank statement since and nothing. Resolution Sought Refund me my 30.69
