They desperately need to hire more workers and retrain their current staff.

I sat in the drive thru for almost 45 min. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal. Only lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. With a Mr. Pibb to drink. Finally made it to the window. Was charged $9.93 and given a BBQ Bacon Buford meal. Wasn't even a mile down the road when I realized the order was wrong. Turned around and went back. Then it took them another 40 min to make the correct order. The workers were seen by myself and at least 5 other customers milling around, chatting, and eating while we stood outside waiting for our orders.
This has been the worst experience ever at Checkers. I will NOT be returning to this location ever again.
