I received multiple letters and phone calls that I had payment due from this company because I had missed a few car payments on my car loan. They told me I could not use my bank service any longer because it was rejected- which it was not. I ended up sending $1500 in money orders to them for my car payment. I called them MULTIPLE times and sat on hold trying to get to talk to someone live and have never been successful. I called the finance company and they said they would never have another party involved and that they never received the $1500. I am beyond upset and frustrated and want my money back and to report this company. FISERV. 800-848-1337 Resolution Sought Refund my money and STOP contacting me.
