Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. I submitted a background Check in the first days of February 2024. After going the quoted 7-10 day window, I was told that there was a delay due to a cyber attack in Fulton County, Georgia. It is now March 27, and background still is pending preventing me from working, and now I am facing homelessness. Checkr continues to give generic email responses via customer support stating they can't do anything, yet here in Fulton County they have addressed the issue with news releases that they have moved 3rd party background check verification to a new site. Checkr customer service which is in California, refuses to acknowledge this information as "they have professionals" handling it—but are literally disabling people from being hired and making a living. Resolution Sought Use all available resources to complete background checks that are now accessible to remedy the injury caused by the cyber attack in a timely manner for those who have been impacted by their negligence to listen and be proactive with information provided by government officials.

Extended wait of a month for a background check from Checkr. Company obfuscated and uses AI to avoid its responsibility to me the consumer. Every week I lose over 500 dollars in income because I am unable to start at a business ready to hire me. I am owed this restitution. Resolution Sought I am owed missed income from at least 7 days after the background check initiated on December 28th, 2023.
