Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Checkredi tells me I owe $29.54 for gas I suppose to had gotten from Get go. My bank account does not show that. Checkredi proceeded to tell me I used a Widget account that they tried to get the money and was returned for me a $50.00 fee. I called the Widget Bank and the lady told me that account has been closed, which I obviously knew and I haven't even got that debit card. But checkredi are trying to get me to pay even if truly did not go through my account I had with Widget. I don't think I should need to pay this, especially since I know Widget account was not used nor do I even gave that debit card not did they even try and put it through that account. Checkredi proceeded to tell me until I get $79.45 paid it will continue to accrue interest bc they say they'll continue to put it through the Widget Bank and if Widget keeps returning it it will be another $50.00 but they never put it through the first time I'm sorry, I'm probably not explaining it this very well, so you are more than welcome to get in touch with me. Widget also said they would watch for anything from that checkredi, that they haven't heard of the these people. What do I do? Resolution Sought I would like for this to go away and not continue to be hounded from these people. If I didn't get gas, let alone they truly did not try and put it through an account that has been closed, I would like this to be closed.

This is a rewards payment card/app with GetGo in order to discounts on gas. If an item is returned for account closed your bank would not see it because you do not have a valid account. There is nothing to provide a transaction history of. When the rewards account was opened you had to agree to the terms and conditions and these specifically under disclosure section 4 that if an item is returned unpaid there will be a state allowed fee charged. Even is the instance of a closed account. It is the customers responsibility to update all banking information before using the rewards account. The customer will need to pay in full for the debt owed.

I had no clue that this gas amount did not go through. Out of no where, this come about I talked to get go, and they had said if this was a real amount I owed I would had heard about it long before 3 weeks. They checked their records and found there is nothing I owed
