I bought a truck from them on June 9th 2024 and from the very get-go I had to drive out on a tag that says test drive they waited to the next week to finally text me a picture of my tag my drive out tag I had to go and print it out and stick it on the back of my truck since then I finally got the title when I got the title took the title to the the tag office to get my tag and in all of the paperwork that he gave me they did not involve include the mv7d I have tried for the last week and a half to get this paper from them so I can get a tag my drive out tag went out on July 27th of this year he ignores my phone calls when he does answer he'll say okay well give me at first he wanted the fax number gave him the fax number then I called 3 days later I can't send a fax you need to give me a email address so he told me to text it to him I texted him the email address and still nothing I have called everyday several times a day since several text messages I have a child with autism has appointments two or three times a week that I can't even get my child to the doctor now because I suck all of my money into this vehicle is there any way y'all can help me. Resolution Sought I just want the mv7d or my money back.
