My 95-yr old mother sent for some product (health supplement) and was shortly put into a nursing home. The product did arrive but was sent back by her in-home care giver. She then received a refund check for the correct amount. BUT THE CHECK WAS MADE OUT TO MY DAD, WHO IS DECEASED. I contacted a person who told me to send it back and she'd send one made out in my mom's name. That was two months ago. Mom has received nothing yet. Resolution Sought The same amount refunded but in a check made out to Alice, not Harold.
