2018 F150 5.0l When i took truck to chenoweth it had 113822 miles Bought extended warranty when i purchased the truck which ran out at 114238 miles. June my truck had to go through a oil consumption test. Chenoweth service rep. Scarlett was reaching out to my extended warranty and explaining this to them because the mileage was so close. Was told my truck failed a oil consumption test by a service rep. Which took 3 month and put 3500 miles on it. Next step was to tear down engine and see if it needed heads or a new engine. But it definitely needed something done. I had 3 witnesses that the truck failed. Never got a call from her to schedule. I tried calling 3 times and left messages. Last week my engine went out of the truck. When calling Chenoweth. I was told Scarlett quit. They said it would be 3 weeks before thry could look at it. I took it to Scott ford in Kingwood because it was the fastest of getting it in. Chris from Scott looked at truck and said the engine was done. It needed a new engine. He called multiple extended warranty place and they told him that their was never a claim filed by Chenoweth. So a new engine cost 10500 dollars. I called chenoweth and asked why Scarlett never opened a claim. They are stating after looking further into the tests that the truck actually passed the tests. That is why a claim was never started. Why was I told the truck didn't pass 3 tests. 3 different tests. And why did my engine blow up caused by oil consumption. Resolution Sought Replacement of engine
