I purchased a vehicle for 5200 from a small car lot that does its own financing with no credit check. Once I made the down payment of 1200$ they explained I had no proof until I paid another 375$ in taxes so they could go get the memorandum title. Once I got the memorandum title it says taxes paid 212$ and car purchase price was 3000$. I believe they are money laundering and have cooked their books selling cheap trashy used cars to people in need. Resolution Sought My car was repossessed today 11/19 because I refused to pay more than the amount stated I purchased the car for on the memorandum title. I would like the car for the remaining 150$ I owe. (2850$of 3000$) stated on the title. And the business to be investigated for money laundering.

Chesapcake auto center is a buy here pay here car lot in Ohio. Mr. Thacker got this vehicle reposed on 11/19/22 because he didn't make payments on vehicle. He refused to keep up with this monthly payments so we reposed vehicle. We do not give any fund on any repo vehicles.

I am buying car from Chesapeake auto center and they day I put money down on it they said they would fix rocker panels cause I reside in WV and it wouldn't pass inspection. They had my car for 6 months suppose to be fixing them well I went to get it inspected and all they did was put cardboard up there and spray painted it black and I still have the cardboard. I have now got 447.00 in tickets to pay because I can't get inspection sticker it won't pass cause of rocker panels... They now threatening to rake care out my name and report it stolen because I haven't paid on the car because I can't get it legal... The car has been nothing but problems since the day I started buying it Resolution Sought Give me another vehicle or give me back my 1500.00 so I can get another car.

We are a buy here pay here lot in Chesapeake OH Ms. Chaney is not paying her car payment so failing to pay gets your car repo. The last payment she made on vehicle was Nov 16, 2021, by debit card. No payment in Dec. 2021, Jan. 2022, Feb 2022, and March 2022. We sell all vehicle as is in the state of OH. We only warranty is 30 days on motor & transmission only everything else is as is. Repo manager is still looking to repo vehicle because of lack of payment being made. Ms. Chaney is $200.00 monthly. She is 4 payments behind & $500 repo fee required on vehicle now. She needs to pay payments & drive vehicle like everyone else. Thank you for her complaint, we will keep looking for her.
