Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Lousy home inspection they are friends with the realtors failed to mention rotten subfloors in the living room, laundry room and hall bathroom I paid for a pest exterminator because the inspector said there was evidence of post powder beetles he mentioned only 3 floor joist that were damaged and a small area of the sill plate were damaged due to post powder beetles I paid for a home inspection so I would know if purchasing this home was in my best interest if the inspection was done correctly I would of offered them a lot less for the home or I would of backed out of it all together all areas are and were completely visible at time of home inspection there should be some kind of accountability for them not doing a proper inspection Resolution Sought At this point I would like to have my fee for the home inspection to be refunded due to their lack of capabilities this is their job if they can't do it because they're scared to lose work from said realtor they shouldn't be able to hold a license to preform such duties
