I purchased a Cadillac 2018 CTS in 2019. Since purchase my cue cracked, my transmission was serviced, and now my temperature sensor at 38,000 miles. No resolution from Cadillac as I was told it's a few months out of warranty. Done with Cadillac. I saved for 18 years for a Cadillac completely disappointed. Resolution Sought Reimburse me for repairs.

I purchased my 2017 Buick Encore on 9/16/21 from LaRiche in Findlay, OH. It started having issues two months later and has continued since and no one there not at Spitzer GMC-Buick have been able to find the problem to fix my vehicle. I opened a case with General Motors and my vehicle was determined not fixable and no longer safe or reliable. They were only able to offer me a $1500 owners loyalty certificate but I owe too much on the vehicle and I am only 23 with limited income and credit history. I don't have the option to trade it in due to the amount of negative rollover that would cause, I wouldn't get an approval for any. I was directed to come to you guys to find a better solution. I am on my 3rd battery in 2 years, it has been in for service 7-8 times with no luck and the car keeps getting worse. It's now losing power but no one is able to find the source of it. The car has a burning smell and will sporadically flash all service lights, drop all gauges, the dash will go black and the car will stall all while driving. This has happened many times but recently almost caused an accident on the highway. I have to use the highway to get to work as well as get to my appointments almost 2 hours away for my auto immune illnesses. I worked hard to get into a safe and reliable vehicle and I need to be able to get into just that. Resolution Sought I would like to have General Motors buy the vehicle back from me so it can cover the costs and I can get into a safe vehicle that works properly and won't put myself and others at risk. The other option I am willing would be to cover the negative equity that I conquer if I trade the vehicle in with an additional $1000 down payment.
