I really thought General Motors was better this. This is the worst experience I have ever been through.

I have bought 43 GM vehicles and I'm 44 yrs old; not counting the customers I have sent to GM. This experience I have had I don't think I could own another one. I bought a new 2017 Chevy 2500 crew cab Ltz in April 2017 new. The dealer had a lift and tires and rims put on it. The total was $71,000. I put 45000. cash down on this truck that I had saved up. It had the new lp5 Duramax engine in it. The truck wasn't going thru engine where it cleans the exhaust while driving. But come too find out this truck should have never been on a car lot period. Bosch made a lot of the parts for this engine and there are 3-5 parts on this engine that shouldn't have ever been on it. They did this because it was a new engine and to get the ratings up where it would out sell the Ford and Dodge diesel. I had 3 sheets of recalls on it and it was in the shop in 2018 from May-November. One dealer told me my warranty was voided because I had a K&N air filter in it after they worked on it for 2 months and put wrong fuel lines on it and it blew up on me and GM acts like they know nothing about this problem. After being on the phone with their executive office from day one. I guess now I'm have to go buy a Ford when after General Motors calls me a loyal customer this is what you get. I've been in the heating and air business for 25 years and I have to say, I'm glad that I don't do my customers like this. Sorry, damn business, but I guess this is why you see them needing to borrow money.
