I Charles Smith purchased a vehicle at this dealership and 3 weeks later the engine had to be replaced on this 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. They kept the vehicle at Premier Chevrolet in Bessemer, AL. from September to November. On the last week of June, I started seeing smoke again. The engine was under a 3 year warranty but no one's trying to honor fixings this vehicle. I'm losing time off work and so is my girlfriend, Clara Pasley, who is the cosigner. We both feel cheated and discriminated against because of our race. This company has not worked with us at all and not once has upper management offered customers service to us nor apologize for selling us a vehicle they knew was bad. We took this vehicle across the street to the Nissan dealership, whom they do business with a man, and customer service rep there told us he remember the vehicle. Said a man brought it to them, they put it on diagnostic machine and the motor was bad. They sent it back over to Premier Chevrolet and advised a service person name Fred . I'm so dissatisfied and hurt about how I never missed a payment could someone please help us Resolution Sought I would love from them to take this vehicle and give us a trade in and compensate us for damages, days off work the exhaust fumes made Clara sick daily this was her transportation to work.
