MFirst incident my truck got one day I started my truck and it barely wanted to start and so I assume you know maybe you might need a battery so I go to the dealer and I tell him oh my truck it doesn't want to start you know it it struggles to start so they tell me okay we'll check it out and so then I wait and they check it out and hey tell me that all my battery is gone bad so okay so then I tell okay okay replace it so they replace it they said it replaces so I get my paperwork and I pay for it and then as I'm driving out as I'm driving home my check engine lights go lights up so I'm like oh man what's going on you know I just come back from the dealer you know and it should be okay so I drive back to the dealer and I and then I tell them I mean tell the guy the dealership guy so then he goes okay let me see what's the problem and then so he goes inside he go check it again and finds out that then instead of replacing the battery they left the same battery there and and if and so he finds out that you know that they didn't replace it so so finally anyways they they replace the battery and they send me on my way back home when I'm going home my check engine light goes on again so I'm I'm confused you know like second time you know after coming from the dealer when they're supposed to fix it I think it's supposed to check it before I leave in the customer leaves but anyways they don't so I go back I tell him I check engine light went on again so okay let me check it out I'm. Resolution Sought They ruined my new truck. Pay me compensation and exchange my truck for a new one. All my complaints did not fit on the description part. Instead of helping or fixing the problems they made them worse.

I'm having my Service Manager (James Wood) pull his paperwork to determine what actually happened. Once I have the file and information I will respond accordingly.
