I went to the dealership to finance a car because I'm going through bankruptcy. We signed the contract. But when the finance company called me they said I was surrendering a car to them. I told them this was never discussed, so I didn't want to go through with the process. They told me they would let the car company know I would return their car Friday. The car company was calling I didn't answer, so they reported the car stolen. He told me since the other finance company didn't approve it. They did in house financing. So, I asked him so what are you saying I can't return the car. He said no then it will be a voluntary repossession. I don't understand because how did they do that without my knowledge. Resolution Sought Let me out of the contract. It seems deceptive.
