Chevy of west had sold Me a 2018 ford escape. And in month three my vehicle has been to Waxahachie ford almost five times and ford can't tell me what's wrong with the vehicle. I called Chevy of west dealership and basically they want me to do another application for another vehicle and add the debt owed from this car. I've only has this car for four months and because the vehicle has been in and out of the shop. I have lost my job. I was promised a reliable and safe car and so far this car has been deemed unreliable. Resolution Sought Have the dealership have that vehicle fixed 100 or put me in another car and cancel my debt from this vehicle.

We feel terrible that Ms Saucedo is having issues with the vehicle . We check used vehicles out but have no way of knowing if a vehicle with over 70 k miles will have issues in the future. I believe that Ms. Saucedo does have a service contract for repairs. It is a Ford and at a Ford dealership and i would think they would be capable of diagnosing the issue and making the necessary repairs . We would be happy to try to assist Ms. Saucedo with trading out of the vehicle and into another.
