Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I paid at pump with my cash debit card and it cost 12.50 I got a message that 50.00 was taking off my card this was over 10 days ago as the $ still isn't put back how can they take people's money .I never gave permission to take anything. Resolution Sought I'd like my $ back like yesterday.
