I have been a customer of Chewy for 3 years. Ordered alot of products from them and never had a problem until recently. My senior cat Magic is 17 and has hyperthyroidism. I recently started ordering his meds through chewy because it was cheaper than the vet. On Feb 8 2024 I ordered Magic's meds and chewy was out of stock for the 2.5 mg of Methimazole so I ordered the 5mg instead. The next day I saw that the 2.5mg was restocked and I canceled the 5mg and switch it for the 2.5 mg. After several attempts by chewy pharmacy to get the prescription approved they claimed my vet kept canceling the order for 2.5mg. According to my vet they were never presented with an order for 2.5mg only 5mg which they denied because that dosage is too high for Magic. I spoke with a supervisor at chewy named Bre and she ordered the 2.5mg for me while on the phone and gave it to me at no charge as an apology for all the drama on their end. Then that order was canceled. Every order kept getting canceled and they lied and said my vet canceled it when they didn't. My cat has since suffered a seizure and he's being examined to see if it's because of him not receiving his medication. If I find out it is because of lack of meds in his system then I have a right to take legal action against chewy. I have never dealt with a company so incompetent as chewy. They don't care about our pet at all instead they resort to lying and playing games because they don't want to take accountability for their mistakes. Resolution Sought I want chewy to honor the agreement supervisor Bre and I came to and send Magic his 2.5mg of Methimazole 100 count at no charge and to never contact me again.

I started to have medical problems at the end of June/beginning of July and on July 4th I had to leave work to go to the ER for almost passing out on the floor and for having serve pain in my pelvis. On July 5th I got an email stating that I was terminated even after sending in the ER note. Resolution Sought To either start accepting doctors notes or to not use any health problems against it's workers
