On March 5th I and 3 of my family members dined at this restaurant as we have for many years this night the service was horrible for the first time . Our drink order was made by us in error we tried to let the waitress know and she told us drinks couldn't be switched which was fine but she never offered us the opportunity to order what we wanted the food order was taken and my niece noticed that the shrimp was missing from her order so we let the wait staff know and the waitress told us we can look on the security cameras to see if you really got the shrimp that which was extrermy rude and we just paid over $100 for our meal when we asked to speak with a manager she went and got another waitress who was as equally rude we had kids with us so we were trying not to cause a scene at that point I asked her if you're not the manager get a manager we then spoke to the GM Peggy who seemed to be very nice gave us her personal number and and assured us our meal would be comped when we came back. Now I live 4000w this restaurant is 9500s why would I travel so far if she had not said that well turns out Peggy is a liar we called her on the way to the restaurant and she acted like she didn't remember the situation so we explained then she claims she remembers but didn't remember the part about comping the meal I have texts from her where she says meals can be comped with a certificate which she never offered I finally asked her to stop texting me because she retracted her offer and lied Resolution Sought Comp the meal that was initially promised to us by the GM Peggy.

Company states; According to our server, she served the guest and her family; two women and 2 children. They ordered two soft drinks for the kids plus a Chocolate Martini & Midori Colada. The lady ordered Midori Colada said she had the drink before. They also ordered one Habachi Chicken Dinner, One Hibachi Steak Dinner and one Steak with Shrimp combo. After server went to the kitchen and remind the chef who was preparing the order. Minutes later, the lady who ordered Midori Colada said she wanted to change the drink. Server politely told her that the house policy which was printed on the first page of our menu, that she would be charged 50% for the cancelled drink (which is 4.5 and pay full price of $9 for another drink. They lady then decided to keep the Midori Colada. After the chef finished cooking the meals, the guests were served ice cream and to go boxes to pack the left over's. When server gave them the ticket, one of the ladies claimed that the chef did not give her the shrimps for Steak/Shrimp dinner Combo. Server asked them to give her a minute to talk to the chef and find out what happened. The chef said he did cook and serve the shrimps. When there is a discrepancy between the guests and our staff's claims our servers are trained to review the camera to double check. Upon checking the camera, the chef did cook the shrimp and wanted to give them to one of the ladies. The lady instructed our chef to put the shrimps on one of the kids' plate. Server went back to explain what she found out. One of the ladies started arguing with server. Server who is also the Hibachi Manager, offered to take the shrimp portion of charge which was $12.99 off the bill. The reason to take $12.99 off the bill was the Steak and Shrimp Combo Dinner includes Soup, Salad, 2 Appetizer Shrimp, Chicken Rice, Noodle, Strip Loin Streak and 6 additional Shrimps and Ice Creams. The whole dinner was $33.99. Since, lady claimed everything else was served except for 6 pcs Shrimps. The price for 6 pieces of appetizer shrimp was $12.99. That was why server offered to take $12.99 off her bill. However, the lady was not satisfied with the adjustment. She went to the front looking for the manager as she suspected Bella was not the real manager. Peggy never offered or promised any Free Meals, which was against the company policy. No verbal offer of free meals whatsoever might be offered. Peggy tried to text the customers and explain why no meals could be offered. The customer asked Peggy not to text and bother her anymore. We regret what had happened.
