My wife and I hire Gredsa Johnson a interior designer to design our kitchen and to run our project and we used her people (Ricks cabinets) to fabricate our kitchen that it cost $41500 more less this includes installation and materials. After 2 months the kitchen started to crack on the seems and also the stove hood is cracking since she made a bad call ( the vent need to be install first).Gredsa also did not communicate with her subs and the subs did not had the update information about the project. 1) kitchen Cabinets cracking and the Cabinets are NOT THE RIGHT SIZE or measurements and my hood is cracking on the seems. 2) Holes in the my exterior wall. 3) Exposed plumbing under kitchen island cabinets. 4) Gredsa is also rude and unprofessional they were times we tried to communicate our concerns and she just answer by saying you didn't have that before, and also Gredsa broke the contract twice leaving my wife and my self concern and worry about the project at time the project was starting and the second time was half way. Resolution Sought I would like for Gredsa Johnson to make it right, and take responsibility for providing my house with an unprofessional job, and low grade of skilled work. My kitchen Cabinets are cracking and I have holes in my brand new hood do to the fact the she was not running my job, she was never present to see the project and a lot of mistakes where made by her people that we used do to the fact that Gredsa did not communicate proper.
