On 4/16 I notified Christian Morales 954 439-5482 that my home sale was cancelled and the move had to be postponed until home closed. On 4/19 Mr. Morales text me asking about the move. I answered that I had previously notified him of the canceled home sale. He said not to worry that my cc # would be safe with Ana Carrillo in the acct dept. (4) Days later on 4/20 Mr. Morales and Ms Carrillo charged my credit card for $370 without my knowledge or my consent. I found out 5/14 and called Mr. Morales why they charged Unauthorized by me. He said that he would resolve it by 4pm. I've called Mr. Morales the company's various numbers and they don't answer Nor returned my calls. I've since learned Chico Moving is F Rated with the BBB. I am a senior citizen and was taken advantage from these people. I HAVE COPIES OF THE TEXTS WITH MR. MORALES AND EMAIL TO MS. CARRILLO Resolution Sought To refund my credit card for the $370 Unauthorized charged by Chico Moving with Christian Morales and Ana Carrillo..
