On March 25, 2021, I called my health care provider, Together with CCHP, to pay my monthly premium od $819.28. I asked that a receipt be emailed to me, which has been the usual procedure. Later that day, I called the company to inform them that I had not received the email. I was told that "the system" could only generate a receipt at the time of transaction, I explained that I needed the receipt to be reimbursed from my employer. They then told me that they would send me a receipt via the U S Post Office. Two weeks later, It has not arrived. On April 3, I went on their website and filled out a customer form, I was promised that a representative would contact me within 24 hours. I was not contacted. I called again today, and was told there is nothing that they could do. Again, I need the receipt to be reimbursed. Have I been scammed? Resolution Sought Try to convince the company that issuing receipts is a good business practice, and send me a receipt.

The members account is current and active, so he has the health insurance coverage that he has paid for. Following the premium payment he references we emailed a receipt to the address he provided as well as an invoice for the future premiums. The invoice that showed payment for March 2021 premium was mailed to the member on April 13 2021. Further the member is able to access payment records (credit card only) on our member portal.
