I just got the worst dang service ever my life.

I have been calling Chili's in Lakewood California for 1 hour and 10 minutes to place a to-go order absolutely nobody ever answered the phone I must have called 20 times finally it sounded like somebody picked up the phone and hung it up I am so upset and mad at this kind of service it is totally ridiculous I will never eat there again. I really don't know what the business should do
