Consumer alleges: We went there a couple of weeks ago to purchase a vehicle. They dinged our credit by making 14 inquiries on our credit report. We were told they couldn't give us a loan. Then called us the next day stating they had our car waiting for us. We went back and spent another 4 hours and ended up not getting the car. I only signed the loan document for ONE inquiry ONLY, not (14) fourteen!! I need them to remove the extra inquiries from our credit report because it's lowered our credit score! Resolution Sought Remove the inquiries from our credit report.
