Company states Chisholm Creek, LLC provided Mr. Rutkowski with a Statement of Deposit upon his move-out showing a balance of $3908.50. The balance includes unpaid rent and default charges. The Statement of Deposit included instructions for how to dispute the charges, which Mr. Rutkowski did not enact. Mr. Rutkowski defaulted on his lease agreement and was provided opportunities to remedy the default. Instead, he chose to abandon his home and prematurely terminate his agreements. Chisholm Creek, LLC is a separate company from the lender Mr. Rutkowski identifies in his complaint, and we had separate agreements with the resident. We trust this correspondence will close this matter.
