I received and email on Friday May 6th declining my company for rental landlord assistance. Uncertain and unclear why the decline, I proceeded to your offices on 30th and Payne between 2:30p to 3:30p. When I arrived there were multiple clients/people being assisted by multiple representatives whom I assume work for CHN. When I stepped to the desk I was greeted in the most absolute rude way. One, from across the room and in a rude tone, by a person who Identified herself as "Sally". I simply was looking for a level understanding and some possible next steps because it is practically impossible to get an answered phone or email. I was very polite as I attempted to ask my questions through glass and across the room because "Sally" would not get up from her desk. After a few attempts to speak with "Sally" from across the room, I made a request for "Sally" to please come to the window so that neither of us would have to yell and other clients would not be in my private business. Not only did "Sally" decline to come to the window but also became even more rude, inconsiderate, and downright disrespectful with her answers. This is not how I would expect to be treated by staff of an organization as prestigious as CHN. I was and am very offended and feel like "Sally" needs to be properly trained on customer services. She has no idea my relationship to CHN or The City of Cleveland. Fact of the matter is I used to serve on the board of directors for this organization . Resolution Sought Ms. Kelly Ali just so happened to be coming from the back offices and took the time (3 mins) to answer my simple questions and provide me some direction with both professionalism and empathy. It is just not hard to treat someone how you would like to be treated. I wish place a complaint against Sally for all of the above disregard and concern she has for clients. I would also like to give thanks and a commendation for Ms. Kelli Ali for her compassion and patients. I fully expect a response
